R&M projects was formed in spring 2001 for the purpose of developing business concepts within the shipping industry.
One such project currently under development is the Gas project. This project is a technology for eliminating emissions during gas cargo operations whilst greatly improving the annual turnover for gas ships
The concept is a patented method for gas separation onboard gas ships known as Rapid Purge Tehcnology (RPT) and is jointly owned by R&M Projects togehter with Ipark, which is a subsidiary of the University of Stavanger in Norway:
